Renowned for her ability to connect with clients and mentor staff, Jenna champions a knowledge-sharing, fear-free approach to pet care. When not leading her team or caring for pets, Jenna enjoys crafting and spending time with her family and three children. Her life-long love for animals and a particular fondness for giraffes underline her compassionate care philosophy.
